1.Install Aasaan Typing Tutor to Learn touch typing in tamil Link
is here. It is a Trial Version but u can learn
2.Install e-kalappai tamilnet99 keyboard from this site
3.U can install NHM Writer also from here
4.U must enable complex script for Indic in Region and Language in control
Panel, for this purpose u should have Windows Xp cd
5. or install Latha.ttf font
